Expat Photo Contest 1-15 September 2007 Photos are limited to 1MB / 1024K The contest will begin on September 1, and run through September 30, which will be the last day to vote. Winners of each category will receive 10,000 points; there will be only one winner for each category. The overall winners will receive as follows; 1st: 100,000, 2nd: 75,000, and 3rd: 25,000. If contestants have the same number of votes, the winner will be decided by another poll, in which only people who made submissions in that category can vote. If there is a tie in the final contest, only the 10 who have photos in the thread can vote. RULES: 1. 1 post per category, except for the sets category. 2. Photoshop can be used only for cropping, resizing, or changing a color picture to black and white. Photoshop can also be used to help preserve the quality of scanned images. 3. Original works only 4. G-rated
